Usually stated in the auction:Under 13 oz(70 pins)is first class - 3 days or Priority Mail - 2 days(upon request), Over 13 oz is Priority mail - 2 days or Parcel Post - 6 days. Out of the USA - Airmail 4-7 days or Surface 4-6 weeks. All times dependent upon the Post Office. Yes, I do combine the best I can. Yes, I do charge a small handling fee to help with packaging(usually about .50, under $1 for sure). This helps keep my prices low.
